Pumpkin Pie Martini

A creamy, fall-inspired cocktail that tastes like a slice of pumpkin pie in a glass. This festive Thanksgiving drink blends pumpkin purée, warm spices, and vanilla vodka for the ultimate holiday cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ oz vanilla vodka

  • 1 ½ oz aged rum

  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • ¼ cup half-and-half

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

  2. Add the vanilla vodka, aged rum, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, half-and-half, and pumpkin pie spice.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and the mixture is frothy.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Sprinkle a small pinch of pumpkin pie spice over the top for garnish.

  6. Serve immediately.


Storing Leftovers

  • This cocktail is best made fresh.

  • If needed, refrigerate the mixed (but un-iced) base for up to 24 hours in an airtight jar. Shake with ice just before serving.

  • Vanilla vodka: Use regular vodka plus ¼ tsp vanilla extract.

  • Aged rum: Swap with bourbon for a deeper, warmer flavor.
