Pumpkin Pie Martini
A creamy, fall-inspired cocktail that tastes like a slice of pumpkin pie in a glass. This festive Thanksgiving drink blends pumpkin purée, warm spices, and vanilla vodka for the ultimate holiday cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ oz vanilla vodka
1 ½ oz aged rum
¼ cup pumpkin puree
3 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup half-and-half
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add the vanilla vodka, aged rum, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, half-and-half, and pumpkin pie spice.
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and the mixture is frothy.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sprinkle a small pinch of pumpkin pie spice over the top for garnish.
Serve immediately.
Storing Leftovers
This cocktail is best made fresh.
If needed, refrigerate the mixed (but un-iced) base for up to 24 hours in an airtight jar. Shake with ice just before serving.
