Tropical Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

A refreshing tropical smoothie with strawberries, banana, and pineapple blended with creamy coconut milk. This easy, nutrient-packed smoothie is perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut milk, original (or almond milk, or regular milk)

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 banana, peeled and quartered

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into a blender.

  2. Add the strawberries and banana on top of the liquid.

  3. Place frozen pineapple chunks on top of the fruit.

  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.


Storing Leftovers:

Smoothies are best served immediately. If storing, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake or stir before drinking.

Ingredient Substitutions:

  • Milk: Any plant-based milk, low-fat dairy milk, or yogurt can be used.

  • Fruit: Mango, peach, or frozen berries can replace pineapple or strawberry.
